HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope you all had restful and enjoyable holidays. It was great to see all of the students this morning. They all look like they grew an inch! =)
Tomorrow, Tuesday January 7, is SPORTS DAY. Students are required to wear their regular school uniforms to school and bring their Sports Day t shirts (not their P.E. shirts) with their P.E. bottoms and proper shoes to play soccer in. Activities will begin at 2:00pm and parents are welcome to come and cheer.
This Friday January 10 is a half day. Students will be dismissed at 12pm and lunch will not be served.
For those of you who did not require a meeting on Friday, please write a short note in the communication book giving me permission to send home students report cards on that day. Without a guardian's written consent, I do not have the authority to release the report cards.

The favourite part of their holidays
Dear Ms.Lewandowski,
Happy New Year! I went to Australia during the holidays. I swam at the beach with my friends. I saw many kangaroos. I ate a lot of good food. My favourite part of Australia was spending time with my friends. Would you like to go to Australia?
From,
Ms.Fisher
