Kindness Star

Yesterday afternoon we spent some time reading the notes on our Kindness Wall. Whenever the students or I see someone doing something nice for others, we write it down and stick it on the wall. Weekly, we will read all of these out so kind actions are recognized and everyone claps and thanks each other. The student with the most kind acts for the week will be named the Kindness Star and receive a certificate of recognition as well as a small prize.

Our first star was Jessie. Jessie has been very helpful to her teachers and other students and tries to be a peacemaker in the classroom. Thank you for your responsible actions Jessie, keep up the good work!
