Hello,

• In our Reading class this morning we began a story entitled, "Where Does Food Come From?" After reading the first section of the story we completed a KWL chart (Know, Want, Learn). In the first column we wrote down things we had already learned about where food comes from. In the second column, we posed questions about things we would like to find out. As we continue the story and our discussions, we will complete the final column to show what we have learned about this topic. 
• Tuesday Phonics Homework page 47-48
• If you have not already returned the signed exams and report card please do so as soon as possible
• Influenza forms need to be returned by tomorrow to let the school know if you would or would not like your child to receive the shot. Even if you don't want them to have it, the form still needs to be returned indicating your decision.
